This guidance is provided for drivers bringing away fans to Southampton FC Men's First Team matches and should not be used for any other purpose.

If you're bringing away fans to St Mary's, we want to ensure you have a smooth and trouble-free visit. The football club has moved the away fans to a different location within the ground this season, so they've completely changed the parking arrangements for away coaches.
If you've been before, you'll need to forget everything you've done previously and follow the instructions below. If you haven't been before, hopefully these notes will help you find your way.
Coaches will be parked in the Melbourne Street industrial area - sometimes called 'The Melbourne Loop'. This area is only available for coach parking during match times. At all other times parking restrictions apply and they're strictly enforced, so these notes will ensure you don't get a ticket!
Whether you're coming from north, east or west, you must approach the ground via St Mary Street, Chapel Road and Granville Street.
If using a satnav we suggest you set it to SO14 1NF (What3words labs.silly.trip). This will guide you to the junction where St Mary Street turns off the A33 (Central Hall on the corner is an obvious landmark).
From there, continue along St Mary Street, which then becomes Chapel Road. Cross over the level crossing and take the first left turn into Granville Street. CES stewards will meet you at Granville Street and guide you to your parking spot.
We will also give you a label to display in your windscreen - this will ensure you don't get a parking ticket.
Please do not arrive more than 2 hours before kick-off. The traffic order only allows coach parking from 2 hours before kick-off, and that's when our staff will be in position. If you arrive in Southampton any earlier, you will need to park in the city centre (we can recommend options if needed) and make your way to the ground two hours before kick-off.
At the end of the match, when all your passengers have boarded, put on your hazard lights to let us know you're ready to move. The roads are all closed so you must not move until directed by CES staff. As soon as we can release you, you will be directed away from the ground via Marine Parade and Britannia Road on to Northam Road.
If you need anything at all during your stay, please approach one of our staff - we're the ones with orange jackets bearing the 'CES' logo. If you need advice before your visit, please call us on 01489 346534 or email hello@ces-mayflower.co.uk. Many of our team are coach drivers too, so we're here to help.
